水迷宫
《血型和性格》写了点，可发现写不下去，早知道当初就不计划写这部分的内容了。只要你搜搜，就能看到很多八卦血型与性格、爱情的文字，看不看我的，其实真的无所谓。连方舟子还写过一个血型系列，当然写得不错，看过才知道，原来顶级的自然科学杂志《nature 》还刊过几篇研究血型与性格方面是否有联系的论文
自己写不下去的另一个原因就是，不敢花时间去写，因为每天要保证足够的睡眠。这些日子上班还是很忙的，休息时还得做会儿实验。比如今天下夜班，昨夜也没躺几个小时，一直忙到中午11点才下班，下午回来就直接来到动物房，给老鼠做水迷宫实验
水迷宫实验还是比较好玩的。它是一个很简单的装置，通过连接电脑的摄像头拍摄老鼠在水盆里寻找水面下的平台的轨迹，来分析老鼠的学习和记忆能力
装置如下图：
开始实验时，这个帘子得拉上，不让老鼠看到周围的环境，避免老鼠通过四周的景物来定位
（灌水）
（整个盆底是黑色的，平台也是黑色的，水面超过平台后，平台就看不出来了）
生后42天的老鼠，这种老鼠又称SD大鼠（rat），和另一种实验常用的小鼠（mouse）是不同的。这些42天的rat是很文静的，就是把笼子的盖打开，它们也只是探头张望，不敢跑出去
把老鼠丢进水里，它就开始游泳。每次实验2分钟，第一次入水的老鼠是很难找到水面下的平台的。往往2分钟到的时候，它还在游泳，而且只会贴着水盆的边缘游（它们也许认为由此可以登陆的）。于是我们就用棍棒指引它游到平台上，上了平台，它就可以休息了（算是刺激了它的奖赏系统），聪明的老鼠很快就能学会定位平台的位置，隔一段时间，再把它丢进水里，它能在20秒内上台。而大脑受损的老鼠，总是记不住，不管你怎么教它，它只会贴着水盆的边缘游，结果累得眼睛都睁不开了，不把它捞出来，就会溺死的；还有个别笨老鼠，今天你教它一次，第二次下水，它也能找到平台，可要多花几十秒钟。但第二天再下水，它又忘了，又得重新教。而那些聪明的老鼠，第二天依然可以迅速的上台
这个实验连作四天，最后一天的设计最绝，可以看出人类有多么坏。那就是把水面下的平台偷偷的拆了，然后把老鼠放进水里。只见那些老鼠只在有平台的那个象限不停的穿越，苦苦地执着地寻找那已不存在的休息之地。水盆上的摄像机一直会拍摄老鼠们的游泳轨迹，软件会自动分析它们的登台时间、穿越象限的次数等等数据，这些数据最终反映不同状态下的老鼠的学习和记忆能力。本来准备贴几张有趣的轨迹图给各位猎奇一下，可我师妹说了，接水迷宫的电脑有毒，而这几天我的电脑的杀毒软件也不工作了，保险起见，就不贴了
明天本该休息，但别人和我换班，所以明天又得早起，而间接的好处是我获得了周日和周一的连休。明晚的这个时侯，我会在干净的列车上构想如何去写《血型和性格》

很多实验的设计是很有意思的，只是没人愿意用简单的语言把它们讲出来
人有时是虚伪的，弄死一只实验中的老鼠、实验中的猫、实验中的狗，就要被谴责
而你在吃美味的虾、鱼……等等等等动物时，怎么没有自责？
记得曾经考试时的一篇阅读理解，很多人在实验室外抗议用动物做实验。实验人员就解释：你们可知道，用于人类的疫苗，实验阶段必须经过动物实验环节的，我们这里的所有动物实验的最终目的都是为人类的健康服务的
当然，目前实验机构都有动物伦理委员会，负责审批动物实验的设计，避免过于残忍的idea，但国内的动物伦理委员会多是摆设。因为，因为，因为我们的人的伦理问题还没解决

人要吃肉,并喜欢吃好吃的肉,这是自然的本能的.
我不反对吃牛吃鱼吃鸡等等等等.虽然我本人一定不会吃猫肉狗肉,但是我觉得没有
理由反对有些人吃猫吃狗.
但是,有些人类吃灵长目的动物,这个我无论如何不能接收. 这是我想说的第1点.

一些人(特别是亚洲的一些人)就是认准了鲜活的东西最好吃(且不说这个观点未必正

还有一个例子,人类吃鱼翅,真的很残忍. 假设说鲨鱼肉很鲜美,人类捕食鲨鱼,为的
吃肉的话,只要不是过度捕食,我也不会反对.但是,每年有将近1000条鲨鱼,被打捞上
船,割掉鳍,然后再活生生扔回海里,真是海洋的灾难.如果持续下去,也必将是人类和
