用概率计算否定进化论好像有问题。进化的方向有无限的可能性，而现实是确定的。也就是说，站在过去的角度，没法画出今天的模样。今天的样子，是偶然产生的，是已经发生了的偶然。你不能因为中了彩票大奖，否定概率论吧？你买彩票的时候，可以否定自己中奖的可能性，但你真的中了奖，你不能说，根据概率论的计算，中奖这事没有发生。

碰巧刚读过E文版达尔文的进化论。说实话，无论读过与否，都不相信进化论。请问：为什么很久以前就有猴子，而今N千年过去，猴子依然是猴子，半点儿没进化成人类？

非常感谢yanhu同学，让我又重温了一遍进化论。以前确实看过进化论和生态学中介绍的进化论，绝对是一知半解，而且土摩托的文章又让我学到了新的东西。
我的概率论学的也是不靠谱的，上大学的时候用4个小时以内的时间学习过，勉强及格。不过荣幸的是，老师又让我加试了口试，因为考试的前一天我下围棋赢了他，顺便他想看看我概率论学的怎么样，结果啥都不会。口试还好及格了，再次从另外一个侧面证明了我为什么下棋可以赢他。不过概率论是我在工作中用的较多的数学科目，不过肯定还是一知半解。
我看了一下那一篇链接中的文章，文章用概率论来计算进化论应该是基于这样两个假设：1，生物的进化都一定可以用基因的改变反应出来；2，每个基因的变异都是独立的。对于第一个假设我没有异议，对于第二个我提一下自己的看法。这个假设应该不正确。我们假设每一个基因是i，还有一种非独立变异的可能性是n个i结成一个基因组一起参加变异，也就是说这个组合是基本上固定不变的，这时候基因的变异是组合的变异。这个组合还有可能进一步的增加变成更大数量的基因组合变异。假如我说的上面的假设成立，那么按照每个基因独立变异来计算是不正确的。当把人类的基因变异按照独立变异来计算，可能n亿亿年也组合不成人类。而按照基因组合变异的算法肯定就不是这样。这么说吧两性繁殖也可以看成是一种基因的组合变异。
在我们的常识中我们都知道选育矮杆小麦，要选择有这种特征的父系和母系品种来培育，其后代一定是矮杆小麦，这个应该就是组合变异的结果。这基本保证了其他性状的不变，独立基因变异肯定是有的，只不过很少发生。而当我们把每个基因变异都看成是独立事件来看的时候，其后代我们不知道会培育成什么，这个主要看运气。

关于眼睛的进化问题，其实可以从不同种属的动物关于眼睛的解剖中得到端倪，既然是同源进化的总能够找到不同的轨迹和痕迹。
